Who can train?
Anyone is welcome to come training with us at Pressure Point Self Defence. There is no membership to pay,only a License to buy and you can train as often or as little as you wish. We recommend that you train once or twice a week. Some people just come when they can, weekly or maybe fortnightly.
What are the Costs?
The costs vary depending on when you train, whether it's part of a class, in a group of your own friends or individually in a private session. Some of the classes are as little as £5 and some of the private sessions can work out as cheap as just £20. Contact us to get specific prices on your training.
When Can I Train?
You can train individually or you and your friends can book in for a 1 hour private session with our qualified instructor at a time that suits you between these hours:
10am to 10pm Monday - Saturday
10am to 7pm Sundays.
Alternatively you can come along to one of our classes. Contact us for more information on the classes that are running at present.

What do I Wear?
Basically anything you could move easily and exercise in - loose comfortable clothing with clean trainers.
What do I Bring?
A towel and a drink are recommended.
